TIGO — Transfer & Incoming Guide Operations
TIGO digitalisiert den gesamten Lebenszyklus touristischer Leistungen – von der Planung über die Durchführung bis zur automatisierten Abrechnung. Aus fragmentierten Einzelleistungen (Guides, Fahrer, Busse, Schiffe, Flüge) wird ein konsistentes Gesamterlebnis, zentral gesteuert über zwei Komponenten: TIGO Command, das Desktop-Backoffice für Disposition, Controlling und Reporting, und TIGO Connect, die mobile App für Guides, Fahrer und Partner vor Ort. Das Herzstück ist eine KI-gestützte Resilienz-Engine: Statt starrer Regeln erkennt TIGO Abweichungen proaktiv – durch den Abgleich von Echtzeitdaten aus GPS, Flug- und Hafenstatus, Routen und Wetter – und schlägt sofort konkrete Lösungen vor, von alternativen Routen bis zu umgeplanten Transfer-Slots. Das System lernt aus vergangenen Entscheidungen und wird mit jeder Tour besser. Damit knüpft TIGO direkt an unsere Kernkompetenz an: die Digitalisierung komplexer Logistikprozesse durch den gezielten Einsatz von KI.
